Sue has over 25 years experience in the Educational Sector, many of which have been spent in the area of Special Educational Needs. An experienced and dynamic Primary Assistant Headteacher and SENCo (NASENCO), Sue has a proven track record of outstanding practice in the classroom and working at Senior Leadership level to secure whole-school change and improvement. Sue has also been a college lecturer in Behavioural Studies, an Associate Literacy Consultant, an Advisor for Cornwall’s Dyslexia Service and is a  published author.

Tracey has over 20 years experience in Education, working as a Teaching Assistant, Secondary Classroom Teacher and as SENCo in mainstream secondary and primary schools for over 10 years. She has a wealth of experience in managing the provision for a large number of students with SEN, as well as supporting students with Autism, Emotional and Social Difficulties and Learning Difficulties in the classroom. Tracey has also been an Advisor for Cornwall’s Dyslexia Service. She is a Specialist Assessor fo Access Arrangements (PAPAA).
